외교저널 (Diplomacy Journal) 이정하 기자 | 샬렌베르크(Alexander Schallenberg) 외교장관의 초청으로 7월27일과 28일 양일간 오스트리아(잘츠부르크)를 공식 방문 중인 박진 외교부 장관은 7월27일 한-오 외교장관 회담을 개최하고, 양국간 전략적 동반자관계 강화, 미래산업, 경제안보 등 실질협력 증진, 지역정세 등에 대해 폭넓게 의견을 교환했다. 양 장관은 △2021년 우리 정상의 국빈방문 계기 전략적 동반자관계 격상 △2022년 교류개시 130주년 계기 외교장관회담 △2023년 우리 국무총리의 오스트리아 방문 등 고위급 교류가 활발히 이어져 온 것을 평가하고, 이를 동력으로 양국간 전략적 동반자관계를 제반 분야에서 더욱 발전시켜 나가기로 했다. 양 장관은 금번 회담을 통해 대외무역의존도가 높은 한국과 오스트리아 양국이 민주주의, 인권, 법치주의, 자유무역과 같은 보편적 가치를 기반으로 △경제안보 △미래산업 △문화교류 등 실질협력 분야에서 호혜적인 관계를 발전시켜 나가기 위해 함께 노력해 나가기로 했다. 양측은 특히 세계적인 경기침체에도 불구하고 배터리ㆍ전기차ㆍ반도체 등 분야
